The E-drossel has been removed, now the top speed is over 130km/h

I have another question now:

Is this hole on the picture normal? Because the rubber doesn't look like it's ripped off, it looks like it's supposed to be like this:

This is betwen the carburator and the cylinder

Could someone please check, if you have the same hole in the joint?

Yep, i understand. Somehow put it on the mass.
Thank you!

Or is it that I must not cut it and just remove the isolation and then extend it with the cable still connected?

Great, i undestand it know much better! Thank you SO MUCH

So, if i undestand this now. In werksatt is written, that you have to cut the "Green/Black" cable, and extend it to mass? Is this correct?

I understand e-drossel, no problem. It easier to relate to stuff written in "Werkstatt"

Thank you for best wishes, Dennis! Zwinkern
If you want, i can write to Gianelli again, if you want to know anything!

That would be great, thank you so much!
I need it till tomorrow, because i'm going to the mechanic (which is btw the official and only Yamaha importer for the Slovenia and whole Balkan) and i don't think he know, what to do, so i'll need to tell him.
If it's even an easier solution, then i don't need to be going at all

I'm looking at this instructions with 2 dictionaries and still can't figure it out. Do i have to CUT that cable or what? Or follow it to the end and extend it?
Or does that cable split and i have to find the one that goes to CDI and then cut it?

Dennis@DT125, nope, I also wrote an e-mail and got an answer

No problem wtih english, thanks for the answers. Better your english than my german :)

I know what is ABE and i have the one with it, because here (Slovenia) the official importer doesn't sell the version without ABE.

I spoke to a man in Gianelli and he said that the difference betwen ABE and non-ABE exauts are minimal, the main difference is in the level of the noise.

Also, can someone please additionaly explain removing the e-drossel? If i understand it correctly, i have to cut the cable and then extend it and put it on mass?

Does your caburator joint look like this:

I don't know if that hole is supposed to be there or not? Can someone with 2004+ DT please check, if you're joint looks the same?

I solved the restriction problems, thanks guys!

code:
1:
I apologize for writing in english, but my german is really really bad and i can't put together 2 sentences. I have 2005 DT and i want to remove the electronic restrictors. I'm looking and the instructions at dt125.de and i'd like to know, if any of these restrictions is that one that restricts the bike to 80km/h? I had that restriction removed at the first service (at 1000km) and the bike's top speed is now 110 (it doesn't matter if it's downhill or uphill). I also have the complete Gianelli exaust system. I've read about DTs reaching 140km/h and more without restrictions, so i'd really like to know, which "cables do i have to cut" to get the right result. Also, just by the way, i wanted this to be removed at the service. I phoned 4 diffrent mechanics and got 4 diffrent answers; from "there just one restriction and you don't have it anymore" to "the complete electric system must be replaced - new magnet and CDI".

Thanks for your answer!

What else should i do, to get it unblocked? What should i do with the electric blocade?

Do i have to change carburator settings for giannelli?

Hello!

First of all, i'm sorry i'm writing in english, but i can't understand german. I've been reading now for some time here (and in faq) how to take off limiters of DT, but i can barely understand anything. So i have few questions, if someone could just review them for me in english (i've been trying to read with google translate, but it doesn't help).

I've bought a gianneli exaust (and silencer) with homolation. Did i make a mistake? Does homologated version give less power than non homologated?

What is with powervalve (YPVS)? Do i have to turn it?

Thanks!
