I got an Dt125e 4bl 98? Electric start dt125r quite weird...

But it wont rev over like 8000 rpm.. Could somebody explain what it

Hi,
english is no problem at all.
Are you able to make a video and upload it to YouTube? It would be a lot easier for us to distinguish whether you have an electrical, or a carburetion problem.

Have you already checked the air cleaner and the spark plug?

Are there any obvious restrections, like additional CDI units?

What CDI unit (in front of the oil tank), is fitted at the moment?

Thanks for answering me!
I pretty sure there is no carb problems... I don't hear any of them
sounds.
I have no cdi unit in front of the oil tank.. I'm pretty sure it is
the exhaust and the powervalve?

It is a 9kw and in my paper it's says that its restricted in exhaust and cylinder head.

If your power is reduced by an mechanic System there is something in your exhaust. The diameter in the manifold will be reduced. I think this would Explain why Your dt won't go over 9000 rpm.
